Manage site info
Introduction
The Site Information tab in System Settings allows Administrators to manage company-specific policies, disclaimers and other essential notices that must be visible to users on the platform. These text blocks are customizable and can be updated as needed to reflect the latest company policies, etc.
Only users with the necessary permissions can view and modify Site Information settings. If you do not have access, check your profile settings or contact an administrator to request the required permissions.

Accessing Site Information Settings
To modify Site Information, follow these steps:
Navigate to User Settings:
Click on User Settings > System Settings

Open the Site Information tab:
Locate and select the Site Information tab.

Select the Block Name(*):
Choose the section you wish to modify.
Edit the Content:
Enter the updated Text or HTML in the designated field.
Check the Preview option to see how the changes will appear.
Save Your Changes:
Click Save to apply the updates.

The modified content will now be reflected in the corresponding section of the platform.
Editable Site Information Blocks
Each block in the Site Information tab serves a specific purpose. Below is a list of available blocks and their descriptions:

Disclaimer | A general disclaimer that appears on the Order Creation Form and Structured Product Positions pages. ![]() |
Order Disclaimer | A disclaimer displayed when creating an Order on the platform. ![]() |
If you are unsure about the modifications, consult your Administrator before making changes.
Certain policies, such as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, might be legally binding, so ensure updates align with compliance requirements.
If a block does not appear as expected after saving changes, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
