Added Special Strategy widget with Terms and Commissions

Added ticker of instrument to Holdings widget on Market Place

Updated notifications received by Change Request Approvers with the link to object that shall be approved.
Added auto fill Product and Bank account when opened Product Subscription order is created via action on the positions.

Fixed process for automatic fill in of Product governance fields on the Instrument
Fixed rounding of “Return 1 year “ to 2 decimals
Only published strategies are displayed to users by default
