How to View Consolidated Portfolios in Account Structure

Introduction

The Linked Consolidated Portfolios feature allows users to view and manage portfolios linked within a consolidated structure. This provides a clear and organized view of both internal and external portfolios, giving you a complete overview of your portfolio network. By using this feature, you can easily track the performance of each portfolio and its associated assets, enhancing your portfolio management experience.

Steps to Access Linked Consolidated Portfolios:

1. Navigate to the Portfolios Section

   • From your main dashboard, go to the Portfolios tab in the top navigation bar.

2. Select Consolidated Portfolios

   • Within the Portfolios section, click on Consolidated Portfolios. This will display the overview of all the portfolios that are linked and consolidated.

3. Access the Account Structure Tab

   • Inside the Consolidated Portfolios section, you will find several tabs. Click on the Account Structure tab.

   • This tab will show a visual representation of your portfolio hierarchy, including both internal and external portfolios.

4. View Linked Consolidated Portfolios

   • On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of portfolios categorized into Internal and External.

   • Internal Portfolios: These portfolios are linked within your organization and show the portfolios under direct management.

   • External Portfolios: These represent portfolios that are linked externally, showing portfolios managed outside your organization.

5. Explore Portfolio Details

   • By clicking on each portfolio, such as Demo1, you can view detailed metrics like AUM, PNL and overall performance for each linked portfolio(s).
