New features

for Back Office:

Added a new order type “Internal Switch”. The order is used to display internal operation of cash movement between virtual bank accounts of different Clients. Read more Internal Switch Order

Added logic for automatic defining of futures and options
Changed logic of Margin transactions parsing. Margin amount is allocated to particular futures according to quantity.
