Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) NEW
ADMIN
We're enhancing account security with the introduction of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Simple Setup: Admins can go to Settings > 2FA to enable or disable 2FA for all users, specific roles, or individual accounts through a central control panel.
Trusted Device Limit Control
Sessions Limit
Email-Based Verification (Current Method): 2FA currently uses email to send one-time authentication codes, making the process simple and eliminating the need for third-party apps.
2FA adds an extra layer of protection, helping secure user accounts and sensitive data from unauthorized access.

Password Policy Update:ENHANCEMENT
ALL USERS
To enhance account security, the following password policy rules have been implemented:
Users without 2FA enabled are now required to change their password every 30 days.
Users with 2FA enabled are exempt from the monthly password change requirement.
The system will now send automated reminders to users about upcoming password expiration โ 5 days and 1 day before the expiration date.
Permissions Structure Update:ENHANCEMENT
ADMIN
The new UI lets admins easily configure access rights and permissions, allowing for better control over actions and access based on client needs. No more switching between tabs. With this update, admins can now:
User Count by Role - Quickly view the number of users assigned to each role,
Define Access Rights - Set specific access permissions for users, roles, and modules.
Search Permission - filter permissions to simplify and accelerate the management process
Multi-Level Selection - Enable efficient bulk actions with one-click selection across various hierarchy levels
Review Permissions - Ensure that the access structure aligns with legacy rules and object permissions.
Request Access Flow - Users can request access, streamlining permission updates as needs evolve.

Fixed Custom View:BUG FIX
ALL USERS
Fixed a bug where switching from a Custom View with grouping set to 'Unselect' to a Pre-made View grouped by 'Asset Type', and then back, changed the Custom Viewโs grouping. Now it correctly stays as 'Unselect'.
Removed the 'Refresh Data' button:BUG FIX
BACK OFFICE
Removed the 'Refresh Data' button from Transactions and Orders, as its function is handled effectively through bulk actions for Missing Instrument and Missing Bank Account items โ helping streamline your workflow and resolve issues faster.
