Access to Accounts

Introduction

Access to accounts depends on the profile settings. To view account user must have turned on permission. More about permission see in the profile configuration.

Who can see Accounts from the manager list

Accounts are available for all managers from the same company with “view all“ permission.

To view Account with “view“ permission it is necessary to have an access to one of the related portfolios - manager must be added to manager list of portfolio.

Who can see Accounts from the Client list

By default Сlients do not have an access to Accounts. If permission is on, Clients will see the Accounts related to the mandate where they are added as Authorized persons.
