We're excited to announce the latest update, designed to enhance the capabilities and user experience for our Clients. This release note provides a comprehensive overview of the new features, improvements, bug fixes included in this update.

New Enhancements and System Updates:

Manual Transaction Form Updates

  • For Role(s): Back Office

This update introduces a refreshed look for transaction management, including:

  1. Redesigned Create Transaction Page with New Icons and Descriptions

  • New Icons: Added icons for easy identification of transaction types.

  • Descriptions: Brief summary for all the Transactions.

  1. Advanced Forms added for all types of transaction

Advanced Transaction forms display additional calculations, transaction reporting details, relation of transaction with other objects in the system

  1. Permission Management for Advanced Transaction Form

A new permission feature has been implemented for accessing the Advanced form of transactions. The system now verifies if the user has the necessary permissions to access this form and remembers the last used form type from previous sessions.

Added Refresh Data Button in Transactions Tab

  • For Role(s): All Users

This update introduces a Refresh Data button functionality on the Transactions tab within the Portfolio, allowing to quickly update Missing Instruments in transaction.

Move Strategies to Archived Status

  • For Role(s): Financial Analyst

This update allows to select a Strategy within the Products tab and change its status to "Archived" with a dropdown option. When a strategy is archived, its related product view will also be marked as archived.

Requirements:

  1. Dropdown to Archive: Select a strategy from the list in the Products tab and find the “Change Status” dropdown to archive it.

  2. Validation Checks:

    • Subscription Validation: The strategy must not have any active subscriptions. If there are active subscriptions, an error message will be displayed.

    • Marketplace Publication Validation: The strategy must not be currently published on the Marketplace. If it is published, an error message will be displayed.

Backtest File Refactor for Strategy

  • For Role(s): Financial Analyst

The Backtest File functionality has been restored under "Performance and Analytics" tab of Strategy Dashboard page, along with improved hints that appear when clicking on the "?" icon.

Relocated Execution Type Selector in Mass Order Form

  • For Role(s): Traders

The “Execution Type” selector has been updated to be specific to each bank account(s) with OTC or DMA dropdown options to select while creating a new Mass order form.

Permission Check for DMA Order Access

  • For Role(s): Traders

A permissions check has been added to enforce that only authorized users can create and modify DMA orders. This permission check applies to Order creation, manual proceed of an order, and modifications, including updates on the "Technical Information" tab.

Portfolio Summary Data Refresh

  • For Role(s): All Users

Now, to ensure accurate, real-time portfolio data, summary requests will refresh every time when there is a switch between tabs of Portfolios.

Added Period Filter to Performance Widget in Marketplace

  • For Role(s): Financial Analyst

Now, a period filter has been added to the Performance widget in the Marketplace strategy view. This allows to select specific date range(s) for viewing performance data on the Performance chart.

Minimum Increment Validation for Strategy Subscriptions

  • For Role(s): Back Office

This update improves the validation process for the "Minimum Increment" functionality when subscribing to a Product Strategy already present in the Portfolio. The system will now validate based on the total final volume under the Strategy - Post-execution, rather than on individual subscriptions.

Added “External User ID” Field for Authorized Person on Mandates

  • For Role(s): Admin

Introduced the "External User ID" field for Authorized Persons on the Mandates tab, allowing only Global Admins to view, enter, and update the field to maintain accurate records of user roles and responsibilities.

  • On the Mandates form fill up page > Find Authorized Persons section > Click on icon “+”.

  • Fill up the required fields(*) in case of both, Select or Create New options.

  • Enter a valid External User ID and then, click Save.

  • The list will show the added External User ID to Admins, can further Edit/Modify.

Added Country of Taxation Related Columns in Accounts Table

  • For Role(s): Client Administrator

Enhanced the Accounts table in the system by adding and displaying fields such as "Country of Taxation", “Country of Taxation ID” in the table.

Sorted Asset Type Values Alphabetically in Filter

  • For Role(s): Traders, Back Office

The filter for Asset Types in the Instruments section will now display values in alphabetical order.

Display of Value Date Rules Tab Based on Permissions

  • For Role(s): Financial Analyst, Back Office

The platform hides the Value Date Rules tab in the System Settings if the user lacks permission to view it.
