Custom Decimal Settings in Preferences NEW

Now, you can customize decimal settings for values in Positions, Portfolios, Transactions, Instruments, Orders and Fees tables. Your preferences will apply across the system and exported files, ensuring consistency in data display.
Prevents invalid inputs (e.g., >15 decimals or text)
